Packet Sender is a network troubleshooting tool that makes it easy to send, receive, and log data packets. It allows users to set up packets based on IP address, port, Hex or ASCII data, and UDP or TCP protocol. Packet Sender also includes a built-in TCP and UDP server, and the ability to save and resend packets at a specified interval.
